Why do I need to provide a photo of my card and/or personal ID?

Sometimes the algorithm can mistakenly flag your transaction and we will perform a fraud check to protect you and all of our community from fraudulent purchases and ensure that you are the rightful cardholder. Please make sure that only the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits, the name on the card, and the expiry date are visible on a photo. All other sensitive information on the card should be hidden.
