We are looking for an energetic and flexible Office Manager who will support our Sofia office operations. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining office systems, setting up office procedures, effectively coordinate with external service providers and ensure that everything within the office runs efficiently. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work on cross-border projects coordinate with other offices to ensure that the group functions as a whole.



Responsibilities:

- Represent Paymentwall, providing great customer experience when greeting guests, answering the phone, and working with external consultants

- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures in line with the company culture

- Run official tasks with the government and keep track of the expenses of the office

- Pay bills and set up new accounts with electricity company etc
- Arrange business trips (book hotels, tickets ect.) for all employees
- Provide timely assistance to colleagues during business trips

- Be in charge of purchases for the office and coordinate payments with vendors/suppliers

- Organize employee events and assist the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events

- Willing to respond to group needs on off-hours

- Report office financials by communicating regularly with the internal/ external accounting team

- Understanding of VAT principles and basis for VAT

- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus



Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Business, Advertising and similar would be preferable

- 2 years of office management, experience as a PA is an advantage

- Fluency in English is required (C1/Advanced)

- Good knowledge of applicable accounting policies, rules, regulation and laws

- Good negotiation skills

- Well traveled individual who can work with other global offices and time zones

- Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail

- Familiarity with the ins and outs of a startup environment and the tech industry is a plus

- Ability to work with a cross-functional and extremely diverse team

- Self-starter with willingness to learn new things
