Operations Assistant

We are hiring an Operations Assistant to help us with our brand-new Phoenix office. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams such as Events, Marketing, Accounting, and Recruitment to fuel our global growth.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day office operations, support Paymentwall team members, and create office processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate meetings, arrange agendas and manage projects;

  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices, and provide assistance to Accounting team;

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, leveraging suppliers to build capabilities for sustainable, scalable operations;

  • Research required permits as needed;

  • Support and assist for all local events, including logistics, working closely across departments;

  • Help with recruitment when needed: source, screen, coordinate interviews, prepare job offers, hire/dismiss and sign on the new team members;

  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

What you’ll need to be:

  • Detail oriented and disciplined;

  • Responsible and coordinated;

  • Professional in attitude;

  • Clear communicator with excellent writing skills;

  • Available even beyond office hours in case of emergency.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required;

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • 3+ years of experience;

  • A valid passport and driver’s license;

  • LinkedIn profile.
