Office Assistant

Paymentwall’s Kiev office is looking for an energetic and flexible Office Assistant who will support our office operations. As a Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining office systems, setting up office procedures, handling basic accounting documents, effectively coordinate with external service providers and ensure that everything within the office runs efficiently. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work on cross-border projects coordinate with other offices to ensure that the group functions as a whole.


- Contribute to the smoothly functioning of the office (make appointments, file paperwork, perform data entry, work with suppliers/vendors and coordinate payments)

- Provide friendly and on-time support to the team and partners

- Analyze and review basic accounting documents (invoices), and prepare reports and financial documentation

- Assist in audits, handling requests for information and notices of adjustment from authorities
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures in line with the company culture

- Organize employee events and assist the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events

- Good understanding of VAT principles and basis for VAT


- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Sales, Business, Advertising and similar would be preferable

- Fluency in English (C1/Advanced level) is mandatory, additional languages are a plus

- Good knowledge of applicable accounting policies, rules, regulation and laws

- At least 1 year experience working as accountant

- Well traveled individual who can work with other global offices and time zones

- Strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail

- Familiarity with the ins and outs of a startup environment and the tech industry is a plus

- Ability to work with a cross-functional and extremely diverse team

- Self-starter with willingness to learn new things
- Experience in Recruitment is a plus
