Office Manager

Paymentwall Inc., is looking for an energetic and flexible Office Manager who will support our Beijing team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible in maintaining office systems, setting up office procedures, effectively coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring that everything within the offices runs smoothly.  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO DO:

  • Represent Paymentwall by providing great customer experience when greeting guests, answering calls, and liaising with external consultants. Serves as the go-to person for all office needs
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, coordinating with payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving office suppliers
  • Design and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures in line with the company culture
  • Provide support to office staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Report office financials to the HQ by communicating with accountants
  • Organize employee events and assists with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • 3-5 years office management and administrative experience (preferable in tech) is an advantage
  • Graduated with a degree in Management, HR, Sales, Business, Journalism, English, Marketing, Media Communications, Advertising and similar are heavily preferred
  • Self starter with willingness to learn new things
  • Great attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Upbeat, friendly, positive attitude, and professional
  • Excellent with time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional and extremely diverse team
  • Knowledge in the following software programs: advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, intermediate PowerPoint, and Apple products experience is preferred
  • Well travelled individual who is able to work with other global offices and time zones
  • Ability to prioritize duties effectively and demonstrate the flexibility needed to meet the various administrative and clerical needs
