For our new Las Vegas office we are looking for an energetic and flexible Office Manager who will support the Las Vegas operations. In the role as Office Manager, you’re a multi-tasking guru, can get any task done on the first try like a true “ace” and organization and being detail-oriented is your forte.


You will be responsible by maintaining office systems, setting up office procedures, effectively coordinating with external service providers and ensuring that everything within the offices runs efficiently. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work on cross border projects coordinate with other office to ensure that the group functions as a whole.




  • Clerical duties such as organizing documents and files, scanning and uploading documents, generating reports

  • Serve as the focal point for all things office-related. This includes taking of maintenance issues, ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, inbound/outbound mail and ordering snacks/supplies

  • Represents Paymentwall by providing great customer experiences when greeting guests, answering the phone, and working with external consultants.

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; coordinating with payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving office supplies.

  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures in line with the company culture.

  • Keeps colleagues and other global offices informed of all office events, holidays and happenings.

  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

  • Provides support to office staff by coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

  • Organizes employee events and assists with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

  • Assist with the development of core processes that will improve productivity and efficiency of the company and help set up these processes in our frequently expanding international offices.

  • Organize and develop systems and create tools to assist with operations.

  • Arranges meeting schedules/agendas

  • Coordinate detailed travel plans, both nationally and internationally (booking flights/hotels/car rentals)

  • Maintain office appearance and inventory of office supplies

  • Creates a smooth transition and coordinate new employee onboarding for the Las Vegas office

  • Willing to respond to group needs at off-hours .

  • You are upbeat, friendly, positive attitude and professional.




  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Atleast 2 years or more of office management and administrative experience is an advantage.

  • Graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, HR, and Management would be prefered.

  • Self starter with a willingness to learn new subjects.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: upbeat, friendly, positive attitude and professional.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Desire to assist teammates and take on additional responsibilities in order to help Paymentwall grow.

  • Familiarity with the ins and outs of a startup environment and the tech industry.

  • Ability to work with a cross-functional and extremely diverse team.

  • Well travelled individual who is able to work with other global offices and time zones.

  • Familiar with payments and tech space.

  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task

  • Advanced knowledge preferred with the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint




  • Curious minded individuals who asks questions, connects information and use the knowledge gained to improve workflow

  • Have travel experience and understand cultural practices around the world is a bonus

  • Someone who is looking beyond that of a 9-5 job. Office hours are from 10am to 7pm earlier or later if needed - as you are likely the one who is entrusted to help out before and after events or activities

  • Has the passion for innovation and loves the startup cultures and it’s community

  • Proactive, goal-oriented individuals who take pride in what they do.

  • Super connectors who live on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Meetup and other social media outlets.

  • Those who have tradeshow / convention knowledge or experience behind the scenes or front of the scene is a huge plus.

  • Candidates should be available full-time and able to start as soon as possible.
