Account Manager

With our all-in-one solution, we can help meet the specific needs of every business and allowing them to accept over 140 local payment methods for more than 200 countries. The company employs professionals of 22 different nationalities in 14 offices, namely San Francisco, Berlin, Kiev, Lisbon, Moscow, Sofia, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Novosibirsk, Seoul, Manila, Beijing, Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi.

As an Account Manager, you will have to use your analytical and communication skills by providing personalized professional advice on different payment options to our top clients from different industries including online gaming, e-learning, dating and SaaS sites. You will become an expert in payment options from all over the world and will use this expertise with clients to help them increase revenue and improve their monetization strategy. Paymentwall is looking for ambitious, proactive and goal-oriented candidates who have strong sales skills and are also customer oriented. Candidates must that have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with an analytical background, and must have interest in the Tech and Payments industry.

What you'll do
- Work closely with merchants to ensure their account is optimized with the best payment options and price points setup

- Communicate directly with merchants to help them best utilize different Paymentwall tools, and answer inquiries and support customer requests

- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Integration and others to ensure the merchant has all the necessary information

- Build strong personal relationships with current merchants to help them reach their monetary goals

- Ability to have serious conversations around technical subjects

- Detail oriented, positive attitude, and has the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines

- Sales and results driven
- Proactive and hands-on mentality

- Ability to work with cross-functional and had an experience working in a diverse team

- Confident, fun, friendly and most importantly business savvy in understanding different business models and business needs

What you'll need to have

- Degree in Communications or equivalent proven experience is required

- Experience in the payments or IT industry is a plus

- Have excellent multicultural competencies
