Paymentwall’s Manila office is seeking a Recruiter to fuel our global growth. As a Recruiter, your role encompasses executing our growth plans by taking ownership of the complete recruitment process and bringing in talented and high potential candidates who can add value to the organization. You will create and maintain a healthy talent network and usher eligible candidates throughout their application process at Paymentwall, while ensuring an exciting and positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to completely understand the specific requirements and qualifications for roles to fill;

  • Manage the full recruitment process by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, providing candidate feedback and facilitating onboarding for successful hires;

  • Manage visibility by posting job ads on various websites, job portals and social media;

  • Grow network of talents online through professional networking sites like LinkedIn, and through career fairs and recruitment events;

  • Achieve hiring targets within the specified period while keeping quality of hires in check and ensuring a positive candidate experience;

  • Work with recruitment team to identify and recommend more creative and efficient ways to find and retain talent

What you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in any field, preferably with a business, commercial or human resources focus;
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience within a startup (internet, fin-tech, or online payments company preferred);

  • 2+ years in various candidate assessment tools and interviewing techniques (skill-based, competency-based, culture-fit) 

  • 2+ years experience managing candidate database and recommendering improvements to the system;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

  • Strong understanding of and working knowledge of social media and LinkedIn as a recruitment tool;

  • A LinkedIn profile
